Hi, We bought and installed your helpdesk sollution some time ago, but never did get the chance to test it until now. When a visitor enter his/hers name, phonenumber and email and hit the "Start Chat" button, it freezes on "Please wait...". The Operator never get a notice of a ongoing live chat. I have tried the include code both with and without jquery include. What causes this?
Now we also have this silly cookie message. We do not have any advertising on our site and we only store cookies for making the site work and for a good browsing experience.
We use cookies, just to track visits to our website, we store no personal details.

Two possibilities, wrong full site domain in your include/db.php or MySQL strict mode is turned on (not a default mode). With the next release HelpDesk 1.6 we support MySQL strict mode because there are more and more web hosts running MySQL in strict mode.
Please check your full site domain as well.

Thank you. It was the site domain, but the documentation specifies www.domain..... when in a subfolder. My installation is in a subfolder and do not work with www. How ever it works now without www. :-) Thank you very much.
Both options are possible.
