my web support is link removed, i am already ready read your ticket archive, and i get who have same trouble with me. what ou suggest for browser on mobile devices so audio allert can function corectly. my mobil device is android and ios base.

Audio support for mobile devices will be available within the next release as it is already with our Live Chat Business.
