Thank you for your ticket.
Operators should not get logged out, except. Your server handles sessions wrong, loss of Internet connection or wrong full site domain in your include/db.php.
Do you also get logged out when using the Remember Me checkbox?
Redirect clients after X minutes can be changed within the settings.
