Hi,
When tickets are created (manually or through email piping) the updated time is null so it's displayed as 12.31.1969- 19:00. Could that be set to time() just as the initiated field is?
Oh, or better yet could it just show "-" as it does in the operator panel? I should have also added that the 1969 date I mentioned above is shown on the client's display.

Yes, I'm on 1.5.1.
We have tested it and a "-" is already the case.
By adding manually you mean under: Operator panel - tickets - new ticket
Please make sure the timezone under settings is set correctly.

On the helpdesk link log in as the client and click on My Account and then Tickets. Since the tickets haven't been updated it's showing epoch time minus 5 hours which is my timezone.
My timezone settings are correct.
Thank you very much, now we know. We did check in the Operator panel and not in the client side.
We will fix this issue within the next release.
