Hello,
I would like to know how to prevent a closed ticket to be reopened. Customers who have their issue resolved, come back later and reply to the email and thus the ticket becomes open again. I would like to know if there is a setting to prevent "closed tickets" to be reopened.
Now we also have this silly cookie message. We do not have any advertising on our site and we only store cookies for making the site work and for a good browsing experience.
We use cookies, just to track visits to our website, we store no personal details.

Please go to your operator panel - settings - Ticket (tab).
In there you can change how many days the ticket can be reopened.
I want to prevent reopening, meaning that I want it disable, not based on days. There isn't a "never" option. Please advise.
