Error:

In the live chat, the first message sent by the client does not appear
to the operator, please correct this problem, is possible soon?

Improvement:

In online chat, it is wonderful to have the default Automatic answers.

Please a future update your software, it would be good and very
useful to have the default Automatic response system, also in the system
tickets

    Thank you very much for your ticket, please go to your operator panel - settings maintenance and run the Auto Updater.

    The latest version is 1.1.3 and will fix the issue.

    We have the standard responses already on the list, it will be integrated within the next major version.

    Ok, we have found the problem and fixed it.

    You can go to our download area and download the latest version of HelpDesk 1.1.3. Unpack the file and upload following two files only:

    • chathome.php
    • template/main/start.php

    Both files can be found in the upload directory. That will fix the issue with not saving the message when set to no login required within the settings.

    I will help you with the custom modifications for once, because you helped us a lot finding bugs.

    For the register, you need to modify the home.php file, find:

    if ($_SERVER['REQUEST_METHOD'] == 'POST' && JAK_GUESTREGISTER == 1) {

    and change to:

    if ($_SERVER['REQUEST_METHOD'] == 'POST') {

    That way the register will work but the link will not show on the site.

    To show the latest news to the clients you need to set NO to show for operators plus you need to select the correct department then it will show to the client. The phrase is a bit confusing I have changed it to Show to operators only.

    But you did not register, you logged in with an already existing client.

    You need to go to your operator panel - clients - edit the client and select the departments for that client.

    Thank you for your report.

    1. Video, we have tested with youtube and vimeo and both work fine, must be something with jwplayer.

    2. Please make sure that tickets have departments under the current web projects you have set for the clients. Imagen as a sub category. Go to your operator panel tickets - departments and set departments for your web projects.

    3. We will run further tests on IE. On Safari, Firefox, Chrome and Operara it works fine.
