Format for Date (PHP DATE) - link in PHP DATE open only blank page. But links to php.net is good.

Same problem is in Format for Time (PHP DATE)

3. Edit CSS file in subfolder

Jakweb template have 'themes' subfolder in 'css' folder. When I want edit files in 'themes' subfolder, displayed error

 Warning: fopen(../template/jakweb/css/themes): failed to open stream: Permission denied in C:\xampp\htdocs\CMS\admin\template.php on line 55

I edit files in 'themes' subfolder throught CMS Admin panel > CSS and choose themes folder in dropdown menu.

That only works if permissions are set to edit, not a bug within CMS.

You need to set permission (also on localhost) to the folders and files if you want to edit them via administration panel.
