I installed the system in http://support.goldcoffee.pt, activated the self proactive to my website at http://dxn.pt, but when someone is online does not indicate anything (not appear in the system).

That is actually a bug, but I have fixed the issue and released version 1.1.2. You can login into your operator panel and go to settings - maintenance and run the auto updater, it will fix the bug and everything should work normal.
