Hi. I really need help. When a customer enters the chat and the operator starts the service session expires in two seconds, no time to type anything.

Thank you for your ticket.
Is this a test chat or a live chat? Please test with two browsers if that happens to you as well.
Are you getting logged out of the operator panel if you don't use the "Remember Me" option?

Hello. Every time we use the Live Chat my hosting sends us a message of much memory consumption and that my site can be disabled. To solucinar the problem only hired a hosting for the Live Chat to lodge. It worked very well in the new accommodation, so I created a button and selected a different domain option, but every time a conversation is started it expires after 10 seconds.
Can you help me?

Live Chat Business uses very little server resources tested on many different hosting environments.
What version do you have in use? The latest is 2.1.1.

Yes, I downloaded here. In hosting that hires to host Live Chat it works fine, but when I start a support on my site that is hosting another session expires in 10 seconds. Expires Login to the operator and not the client.

Sorry I'm confused. You cannot host another session, sessions are always on the one machine (server) only. Sessions cannot be passed to other servers.
The operator panel works fine? The client chat does not work fine? Could you please send me access to your operator panel and ftp to the chat installation with following form: https://jakweb.ch/access-form please.

The domain where the client accesses is fibrillare.com.br Already chat is fibrillaremoveis.com.br
We had to put the Live Chat in a hosting only for him.

I would need FTP connection to the server where live chat has been installed, please.

Thank you.
There was a bug within the old browsers or the new Edge browser.
We have fixed it on your server, please run some tests.
Thank you for your patience and reporting this to us.
