HelpDesk 10.03.2016 2536 Support Status: Closed Solution: Yes pharill

Weird...when searching for FAQs, the predictive text shows the post you are looking for which is cool, but then, after you find it, a NUMBER appears...I think this may be a bug: http://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cDe6311b4I

Thank you for opening a support ticket.

That is not a bug it is the design, not very nice I agree. The number is actually the id of the FAQ article. We will see what we can do within the next release.

    Thank you for your report.

I figured it was the id...just had never seen such happen with other scripts I've used when searching for post. But as long as you are aware of it, cool. I will simply have to live with it until the update. :)

No problem, I am really good about testing all parts of a script and reporting it back. You can check me out on CodeCanyon, I have helped a "lot" of authors better their software, even provided ideas for upgrades ;)

    Hi Pharill,

Maria has told me that this is still open. We have improved the FAQ search and it will be implemented within the next quick release.

When the dropdown is now clicked it will submit the form and show that FAQ entry without any further actions.

    Thank you for the report.
