Hi there,
For some reason, audio alerts for live chats work perfectly on the desktop operator panel - but when I login using a mobile device (chrome on android for example), in the operator panel, I dont get any alerts indicating that a user is waiting to start a chat. If I got ot he live chat page, I can see him/her and intiate a conversation - but if I dont go looking for the user, I would never know they are waiting online.
Is there an issue with the audio alerts on mobile?

That is correct some browser on mobile devices do not support html5 audio or block it. We can't change that sadly.
