Please change your database prefix to something like fb_

Thank you, because it was not always free there was still the license field in it. It has been removed now.

So how would I finish the installation now? I have downloaded when I have purchased the helpdesk but I didn't install it at the time.
Please download the package again and replace the content from the install/ directory it won't ask you again for the license number.
