Hello, I buy Live Chat Business through Envato (purchase_code_removed) but could not equip two direfentes servers tried.
Today I bought another license with the installation support in the store JAKWEB order_number_removed

I cannot login via FTP, please make sure the login information are correct.
To fix your issue you have to set the correct folder permission for cache. You should use 775 or on some systems you have to use 777.

I change permission for cache (777) but dont work. :-(

The main problem lies in the file and folder permissions.
I have changed it all.
- Files 644
- Folders 755
- Folder cache 775
- Folder files 775
Everything else is a security risk and Live Chat refuses to work. There is another issue I have a look into it now.

Ok, I don't understand your setup.

You gave me the ftp information for: vidarealempreendimento but your live chat include/db.php had a different url. Your htaccess redirects to https but you don't have a valid certificate so there is an error.

It works now with a modification on a file (class/class.lsbase.php): *** link removed ***

Removed LOCK_EX on line 134 and 136 due the PHP Version.
