HelpDesk 2.0 is now available in our download area. We have once again implemented all your requests and fixed a lot of bugs as well updated all libraries.

Thank you very much once again for all the great feedbacks and suggestions. Update to 2.0 will be easy, just head to your operator panel - settings - maintenance and hit the Auto Updater Button. Please note if you update from an older version than 1.9 you will need to adapt your include/db.php file.

What happens Next?

HelpDesk 3, with the brand new version based on Bootstrap 4, PDO, a fresh and modern design with a lot of new features it will need at least PHP 5.5 and MySQL 5.5. The release of HelpDesk 3 is expected sometimes in March, beginning of April, after the relase HelpDesk 2 will receive bug fixes only.

All customers purchased through our website will receive a free upgrade to HelpDesk 3.
