We are pleased to announce the release of HelpDesk 1.3. We have implemented all the features you have requested and fixed all the bugs you have reported. We have also improved SMTP sending and implemented a new SMS service called Plivo.

Thank you for all the feedbacks you have provided to us without you it would not be possible.

How to update

Update is easy as with all of our products, you can go to your operator panel - settings - maintenance and run the Auto updater. You can also head to our download area and do it the old way.
