After our release of HelpDesk 1.1 we gained so many new customers and received a lot of new feedbacks, suggestions and bug reports. It makes us really happy to see our product live on many different domains helping thousands of customers.

Now we are happy to announce the release of HelpDesk 1.2, we have included all your ideas, improved a lot, fixed 100s of bugs and as of our first software it is fully PHP 7 compatible!
