Thank you very much for all the feedback we have received over the last couple of weeks. HelpDesk 3 is now available in Version 4.0.4. As always update as soon as possible to benefit from the newest features and bug fixes.

In this release we improved the front end editor, made the online user map better and faster, ticket status is now available on the front end and the contact form has also improved.
