Another Year passed again for some a really crazy Year and for others not. Like every Year something special happened and we all know what it was in 2020.

We are going into the 12 Year with JAKWEB and developing Live Support Software since 10 Years. What a joy and we have great features planned in the future some are already cooking in the lab!

We have also a few changes to communicate. As we grow we have needed a central based system to plan and execute projects and tasks and because we work from different locations and countries all this things need to be done online.
