End of Year release for HelpDesk 3. Happy to announce the availalility for HelpDesk 3 - Version 3.5.9. We have great improvements and a couple of new features.

Changelog

• Attachments are now sent in PHP IMAP
• Choose if attachments from emails are pulled in or not
• Choose if attachments are sent by email or not
• PHP IMAP improved, checking for UTF-8
• Attachment Names are now preserved
• Alarm on new client improved
• Group Chat front end fixed
• Icons fixed in the live chat profile
• Various reported issues have been fixed

What's Next?

The next release is Version 3.6 and we have planned to provide a brand new front end design and some other great features! The expected release date is sometimes in January 2021.
