Cloud Desk 3 in Version 1.1 is now available!!! We have been working hard, released beta versions and now it is ready to rock in Gold!

Upgrade

An upgrade is possible and nothing will be lost (except custom modifications). However due the change of all 90% of the files you will need to upgrade manually.

### Step by Step Guide how to upgrade the administration panel ###

1. Backup your database
2. Backup your files
3. Unpack the brand new Cloud Desk 3 - Version 1.1
4. Open your FTP Program (do not use cPanel or any other panel for uploading the files)
5. Browse to the directory you have installed the Sign Up and Administration panel
6. Go inside the upload/admin_signup folder on your computer and select everything except (email/index.html)
7. Overwrite the folders and files on your server with the content of the upload/admin_signup folder
8. Wait until everything has been uploaded correctly
9. Open your browser and visiting following URL: https://www.yourdomain.com/signup/install/update.php (yourdomain and signup is something you will need to change)
10. Follow the on screen guide, that will update the database!
11. After you receive a success message you can delete the complete install directory on the server
12. Finally login into your administration panel with your credentials and check that everything is working!

Please note: When you have more then one server installed, you will need to repeat the server installation for each one!
