It took a long time but it has finally arrived! The brand new native Android App for Cloud Desk 3 and HelpDesk 3 with full support for your support tickets.
The new app is now ready on Google Play Store.
The app has been build for Cloud Desk 3 and HelpDesk 3. The app has following main features: Live Chat, Offline Message, Support Tickets, Online Visitors, Operator Status, Dashboard, Operator Profile and of course Push Notifications.
It is important that you run the latest available version, otherwise the app won't work. For HelpDesk 3 it is Version 3.4.2 and for Cloud Desk 3 it is Version 1.0.2.
