Happy New Year with the new release for HelpDesk 3. We have added a lot of new features and a brand new design for the client side. The package is big and many files have been changed!

We have added and changed 100s of files, added new stuff and made the whole thing faster. Plus it is ready for the upcoming native iOS and Android App for HelpDesk 3 and CloudDesk 3!

Update

Easy as always, go to your operator panel - maintenance and run the build in Auto Updater. All our updates are encrypted and run through a SSL connection.

Should Auto Update not work on your server, please download the software from our server and follow the instruction in the provided manual.

Because it is a very large update, there could be a problem with images, therefore you might need to overwrite the images via FTP.
