We are proud to announce the new version for HelpDesk 3. It is now available and ready to rock. Lot's of things have been changed, more than 100 files to be precise.

We are proud to present the new installation and update wizard, which makes it even easier to install HelpDesk 3.

We have also integrated WhatsApp Chat. It is now possible to link your WhatsApp account within HelpDesk 3.

Update

Easy as always, go to your operator panel - maintenance and run the build in Auto Updater. All our updates are encrypted and run through a SSL connection.

Should Auto Update not work on your server, please download the software from our server and follow the instruction in the provided manual.
