You might want to login to the administration panel and translate the new ticket phrases from english to dutch. You might want to change the logo in the operator panel as well, it is located under operator/img/logo.png the image should have the same dimension.
We have removed the Plugin Link to our site and replaced the FAQ link with yours.

Also I see in dashboard admin create advanced user. What are precisly the steps I need to make?
1) Must the user first sign up?
2) Must the subdomain be there or can it after?
3) When advanced is created do I need the customize everything with faq links etc etc....... in Live chat 3?

3. No customasation needs to be done except you wish so.
3) I mean are al mine FAQ links there when I download the Live Chat 3 code and insert in the subdomain? Sorry if i i'm confused!
And do i have to create an new database? Can you tell me where on my server I have to do that for advanaced installation...
3. Yes, you will need to edit the file operator/template/dashboard.php
Please ask your server administrator or check the online manual for your console as teaching you how to setup a database and subdomain is not part of our support agreement on self hosted installations.
