The imap will have following vars available.

{url},{title},{cname},{cemail},{cpassword},{email}

New ticket:

{url},{title},{cemail},{cname},{ticket},{subject},{ticketurl},{email}

Answer:

{url},{title},{cemail},{cname},{ticket},{subject},{ticketurl},{email}

For the email.php fle (IMAP) all vars are available.
