As the error stated you need to check the error log files as this is not coming form our content management system.

Please always upload the files and folders with a ftp client and not with any control panel, specially not with cPanel it will screw the folder and file permissions and cms will refuse to work.

How to edit the home page slider
To edit the slider you either need to go the slider plugin or go to Belome Header section and edit the home entry.
It depends how you installed CMS.

Of course always open a ticket when you have a question.
The gallery plugin will be fixed within the next version, or you can download the package again and replace the plugins/gallery/install.php file. Uninstall and install the plugin again after replacing the file.
