    Good morning,

when you activate a plugin you have to set permissions in the user-group section.

    Awaiting your feedback.

    Good morning,

i have set the permision to "All" but still doesnt show up in header nor in footer.

Also just realised that i have created an additional page and when i am logged in as admin i get this message "Page is offline at the moment, please try again shortly." if i am logged out the page it doesn't show at all.

    Many thanks.

For the blog or all plugins you will need to set permission for each usergroup. There is no All in usergroups. You can set settings to see articles, write comments, moderate and so on. Usergroups exist for guests, members, administrators and so on, each one you will need to configure.

Also each category can have permissions based on your usergroups.

Please go to your page (home) and go to the last tab (Grid). In there you can set how many posts from your blog will be shown.
