updated to version 2.2. the problem remained. As the admin browser firefox, firefox browser as a client - everything works As an admin firefox, as a client safari, chrome, and the other - the dozen or so seconds terminates the connection if the client closed it and the client gets the info system left the conversation. as an admin on the browser chrome, safari, etc. I do not get at all info about trying to connect from the client.

Two possible issues here:
There seems to be something wrong with either your full site domain in your include/db.php (more information can be found here: https://jakweb.ch/faq/a/98/full-site-domain) file or your sessions are not working correctly (talk to your host).
Please empty your browser cache and try again after the update to 2.2. If the problem still exists, please send us operator login information via following form: https://jakweb.ch/access-form

Ok, I think I found the issue.
Please make sure your server supports utf-8, that is a very rare issue on a webserver not supporting UTF-8.

As it does not support utf-8?
There are many sites on this server encoded utf-8

This is the error I receive.
EventSource's response has a charset ("iso 8859-2") that is not UTF-8. Aborting the connection.
That will abort the script and timeout the sessions.

a very bad habit is not application-specific setting appropriate coding and counting on the fact that each server has a default encoding utf-8. The server supports both ISO and utf-8

Our software has UTF-8 as standard set in all files, that's why Firefox works fine. That is the first case in over 5000 installations... Of course we will see what we can do from our side.
Could you please give me access to the installation again so we can find a solution.
We have found a solution as soon we have access we can apply it to your installation. Or you can download the package here on our website again and replace following files:
include/slide_up_html5.php
include/slide_up_html5_cross.php
include/proactive_html5.php
include/inform_html5.php
operator/ajax/operatorchat_html5.php
operator/ajax/status_html5.php
Best regards
