Push Server End of Life – Action Required
We would like to inform all our valued customers that the current push server infrastructure powering our Android and iOS app notifications will officially reach its end of life on July 31, 2025.
As part of ongoing improvements to security, performance, and compatibility, we have developed a brand-new push server service. This update ensures better reliability for real-time messaging and full compatibility with the latest mobile operating systems.
What You Need to Do
- Update your software to the latest version of Live Chat 3, HelpDesk 3, Cloud Desk 3, or Cloud Chat 3.
- Ensure your server can connect to the new push server endpoints.
- Verify that you have the latest version installed via the App Store or Google Play.
Why the Change?
The old push infrastructure is being retired due to outdated dependencies and scalability limitations. The new system is faster, more secure, and supports enhanced push functionality for all platforms moving forward.
Important: If you do not upgrade your software before July 31, 2025, push notifications will stop working for you.
